Clean, easy design and laid out, comfortable, access to all amenities. Reception provided all information and was very helpful. Staff in the dining room always smiling and were happy to assist and the chef /s were excellent (many meals here) the cleaners were very friendly and were very personable -even though they were busy with the tour bus rooms. It looked like everyone was happy in their role and wanted to be on site. All up couldn’t as for a better team. We felt very welcome.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was fantastic. It had everything you could want for a most comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a full kitchen. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Beds and lounge were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. Parking was available outside our door. Dined at the attached Kauri Bistro which was large and attractive. Service was excellent. Enjoyed delicious Garlic Bread, Fish and Chips and Cape Grim beef short rib... so full after this we couldn't eat dessert.

Lovely space for a family to relax, with ducks swimming in the pond right outside our room. You can do your own thing re: food with a lovely restaurant onsite, or you can go to other places around or order in. Rooms are nice and quiet and plenty of glasses, crockery etc. My son enjoyed his swim in their pool, and hubby and I chose a nice bottle from the onsite bottleshop.

Super comfortable with the kids we loved the ducks coming up for a visit and the pool and spa which were truely lovely. Liked all the options takeaway, room service or self contained could Taylor what we did to the kids needs which makes for a great trip for everyone! Reception staff super friendly and helpful.

This villa had a beautiful view out to a duck pond with a deck you could sit on to watch the ducks. The villa was very spacious with a nice kitchen space, large dining room table and open plan living room space. There were two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shower in the ensuite bathroom was huge. The beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good with many, many choices, particularly if you go for the cooked breakfast. You can get dinner in the dining room and it was very good. Tall Timbers is perfectly located for a trip to the Tarkine region. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our meals at the Restaurant and our drinks at the Sports Bar. The food was consistently good for the two nights we stayed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

everthing especially the lady who brought out breakfast to us in the morning she walked over in a down pour and still had a smile on her face absolutely exceptional service and everyone of the staff was welcoming the room was great will deffinetly be back with the whole family loved it only downfall was we didnt book for 2 nights instead of the one but will definitely be back in the near future thank you.

Reception gave us an interconnecting room for the family which was great. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was good value for money. We enjoyed walking in the grounds and the kids loved the heated indoor pool. All in all it was a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Everything you could possibly wish for. Thank you.

Drinks in the bar were good, the meal was good in the restaurant, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms were very large, and the beds were firm and comfortable, the shower nozzle was also high enough and the water pressure was great.

Comfortable room, very clean. Being able to order room service suited my situation. The food was great. I loved the pool. Good location for the activities I had planned.
